Caster Cares believes in the potential of our rising leaders in the Albion community. To support this talent, Caster Cares is proud to present The Albion Leadership Academy, an investment in rising leaders to support them with the tools and connections needed to develop beyond their natural talents.

The Program

The Albion Leadership Academy is a 12-month program.  Each month features a four-hour program day. These program days will be a combination of training, peer coaching, expert panels, and discussion. Over the year, participants will build relationships with and learn from each other to establish a strong and supportive network.

Program days will be presented by Humanergy and will focus on high-impact leadership training. Humanergy specializes in the development of high-performance leadership in individuals, teams, and organizations to define and achieve success through coaching, training, and facilitation.

The Participants

Ideal participants are early to mid-career, Albion-based professionals committed to personal and professional growth. And who value the ideal of giving back to the community of Albion.

Participants must attend all program sessions for successful completion. The program sessions will be scheduled on the same day each month. To help participants avoid scheduling conflicts, sessions will be announced prior to the start of the program.

The Investment

• Start Date: October 11, 2021
• Time: 12, four-hour program days held each month
• Cost: $2,000 per participant
  • $1,000 paid by program participant or participants employer
  • $1,000 paid by CasterCares
